Training for both competitive and recreational rowers
We offer coaching support for all members from recent graduates of Learn to Row, seasoned rowers to our junior squad. Weekly sessions give rowers the opportunity to improve technique, go out in different boats and prepare for regattas.
JUNIORS practice on Tuesdays 6pm and Sundays 930am. The Junior squad is open to school aged youth from 12 years of age up.
ADULTS have various sessions during weekday evenings and weekends including Wednesday and Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings, as well as weekday outings for the more experienced.
